I'm not sure what the big deal is. The idiots on "Fast and Loud" rebuilt a Ferrari that was little more than scrap metal and it looked great. This car got wet with maybe a couple dents. It doesn't seem like magic that a Ferrari shop in Europe fixed it up. Maybe there's more to this story than I realize.
