Nice. From that pic, the body looks in good shape (at least the front and passenger side). Stout pipe bumpers and a V8 - nice. Keep us posted on your progress toward that "needs alot of work".
It's leaking from everything but the engine so its gonna be slow fixing for sure haha.
I've already started on a big ignition tune-up. Coil, distributor cap, plugs, etc.
I honestly searched for a forum with old jeeps like this one cause the previous owner had the wiring and air lines EXTREMELY messed up.
It has a problem where it stutters and stalls under normal load if giving throttle anywhere between wide open to idle.
Has "newish" carb, fuel filter and pump look pretty new and gaskets were good. But the vacuum lines are roughly hooked up or missing lines along with factory wires just dangling out of the wire looms. I'm planning on replacing the wires and lines necessary to make it run properly but I don't know where anything goes yet.
