Interior 1981 CJ5 Seat Lowering?

Does anyone make a lower seat frame for the CJ5 ? It seems to be a common issue, especially when updating to new seats that the frame is too tall. I think I'll remove the slider first to see if that lowers it enough and I plan to add a tilt steering column eventually but it would be nice if I could just get the seat ~ 2" lower so I don't have to be a contortionist to get out.

That's super kewl! The only thing I would have done differently is that I would have used the 2" pieces he cut out of the brackets as sisters on the backs of the welds, but then again I am not a professional welder, so I'm always looking to make end-to-end welds stronger.
