1984 cj7

Hi all, I have the chance to buy a 1984 CJ7 .Description from seller:

Frame is good for the year, it's had repair on drivers side rear at leaf spring mount, could use one at front leaf eventually but it's not too bad.

Also have a video on my phone if someone could take a quick look and offer some guidance.

rust is pretty bad on northern Jeeps, look under the roll bar floor mounts they get pretty bad, look at the reinforcement plate where it meets the floor on the front of the door jamb, the rear sections of the frame rails get really bad up there as well
