1985 cJ7 t5 woes 2nd. And 4th gears noises and more please help

Hi I have been having trouble recently with a noisy gear box
Sounds like a high speed grind in 4th gear when I hit a bump in the road
And second gear gets the same sound if I pull her into gear alittle but harder
Then normal,
The newest development is now something sounds like when I let off on the throttle.
I was poking around under the Jeep today and found a bolt backed off and nearly out
I will attach I picture of this bolt
I have no clue about transmissions and I hope it’s not screwed
and I can just tighten something up

Have you checked the oil level?

How much free travel do you have in the clutch pedal?
You only want 1-1 1/4". No more-no less......
See if that tranny mount bolt will tighten-It might be striped out.
How does the engine mounts look?
Check every nut and bolt you can get a wrench on to be sure it's tight.
