After reading many threads and searching internet, I finally found a site that had my wiring diagram. Attached is the diagram in PDF.
It cost me $20 but was well worth it - I fixed my long-standing turn signal and dome light problem. Initially it wasn't available for 1986, but within 2 hrs, they sent me an email and link to it. Here is the site:
