258 Head & Valve Cover ID

PO said he had head replaced from a newer jeep. That tells me nothing.
Need to get gasket and valve cover hardware and can't identify this setup. Looked around at some posted pics on here but nothing. Please excuse engine compartment, haven't made in there to organize

Looks to me like a 4.0 head

I see that this must be a common swap. Is there any reason or plus to the 4.0 head? Need to replace gasket and stuff!

They flow better. It's a better design
