1979 CJ 304, 400 automatic
Got all the gauges to work on my 1979 cj AMC 304 project except the temperature gauge is not working yet. Where is the temperature sending unit on a AMC 304 located? Any pics would help :o...
 
mine is on the intake manifold behind oil fill tube. not sure mines stock though
 
Mine is in about the same location slighty towards the drivers side and it is stock.
The wire is Purple/white tracer on a 1983
