Frame Number two area body mount size

Just replaced the body mounts and the ones in the toe kick area (2) have a smaller hole than the others. Did a search and saw a couple other people had this problem also and had to get a poly mount kit that had the right size bushing and sleeve. I have a 78 CJ7 and went with a rubber kit. Anyone could tell me what the deal is with this and what mount will fit? Or, am I gonna have to drill the frame hole out? Thanks!

Here is what you need, all stainless and grade 8:
6 of 3/8"x16 by 2.5" long : (side body mounts)
1 of 7/16"x14 by 2.5" long : (under the front grill)
2 of 3/8"x16 by 3" long : (toe kick areas)
2 of 7/16"x14 by 2.5" long : (rear cross member)
