4.0 sucking air - stalling

Hello, I’m new to this forum. I have a 79 CJ7 with a 94 4.0 from a Grand Cherokee with a GM Turbo 400 from a SJ, shifter and console from a XJ, and a 91 YJ tub.
I have been having problems with it sucking air and stalling or just rough idling and stalling. Last year when it was doing it I replaced the IAC and it ran fine till last Tuesday when it stopped and I had it towed home. I replaced the IAC again, removed the throttle and cleaned it reinstalled it and still stalling.
I’m looking for help. Any will be appreciated.
