I'm not completely sure what your asking? Generally 4wd locked hubs is for off-road soft surface situations & 2wd front hubs un-locked is for street. Is that what your asking?

and if you drive in 2wd with the hubs turn cw what damages can you have?

Just DON'T leave your Transfer Case engaged in 4WD and keep the hubs locked in, then drive on hard pack dirt or pavement! Bad things will happen, funny noises will be heard, and oily parts will be spat out on the road after a short time!

As stated do not drive on hard surfaces with front locked and in 4WD, Although 2wd and front locked is alright but does handle a little different.

the real no no is to have the TC in 4W and the hubs not locked!! that will cause things to come un put together very fast. even faster if you try to climb something.
