Misc 55 CJ5 Seat replacement options

I have a 100 percent stock, restored 1955 CJ5 the seats have finally gone south. I bought a new set of buckets from Bestop. I would like to retain accessibility to the storage underneath seat.
Has anyone used the OE seat frames and mounted the buckets on those!
Any pictures, suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Did you get seats made for the 1955 or seats for something newer? Of the two installs I saw of buckets in older Jeeps they were too tall and would not go back far enough as they hit the rear fender wells.

I made custom mounting brackets for my aftermarket seats on my 72 that allowed the passenger seat to fold forward and let me get into the box. Plus it still retained the quick release pivot.
