You need an old-fashioned drum and hub puller. it has 3 cast arms that go under nuts on wheel studs, and a screw that pushed against the axle center, where there is a slight depression. Turn the screw, and the drum comes off, albeit slowly.

That would be for the rear that puller is needed.....
If the front drum is swaged to the wheel hub, then you will have to remove the hub and drum as an assembly, which entails a job like packing the front wheel bearings.
If you have locking hubs, they are removed first.
Then you'll need the spindle nut socket to remove the outer and inner nuts.
A couple of other details but this gives the picture of what needs to be done.
