77 258 intake manifold issues

I bought a howell fuel injection kit for my 77 CJ5 and have had issues trying to find a 2bbl intake for my jeep so I can install the kit. I need the cast iron intake but there are just not many out there. Does anyone know if I can use the aluminum intake off of an 80s cj in place of the cast iron one? I believe I will have to get an exhaust manifold also to match the aluminum intake. any help would be great.

IMHO putting that TFI on a 77 head and manifold is like leaving most of the money on the table. Have you thought about a 4.0 head and an aluminum manifold with headers.
if you go with the cast iron manifold you will need the matching exhaust do you have one of those?
I have the two barrel cast iron and the matching exhaust in my barn and if you are determined to have one we may be able to work a trade on some level. send me a PM and make me an offer. They ar not cherry and will need machine shop time to flatten them out. The exhaust manifold has cracked and been repaired, I didn't do it but it has been a successful repair for at least 25 years that I know of.
