Just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction for DIY tops? I'm fairly handy, and was thinking if just trying to fab something up from the pictures I've found. Any plans out there? Also, wondering if there's another option to upgrade my heater other than adding Chevy parts, like maybe a Ford blower motor? Just me being picky, and freezing in a Maine winter is obviously something that will out weigh my personal preferences in vehicle manufacturers. Thanks for any help in advance![emoji3]

Welcome from another Mainer. Are you looking for a top for the CJ or the YJ? I've seen a couple of CJ5 tops for sale on the local Craigslist. Also a few for the YJ. A CJ top will fit The YJ also with just a little modification. There are write-ups for converting CJ7 tops to fit a CJ5 .

Welcome from another another Maniac. Good luck with the top. I'll keep my eyes open.

the ford guys are converting to chevy blower motors also.

If it make you feel any better neither Chevy nor Ford manufacture the electric motors used by them.
