86' CJ7 4cyl - nutter bypass info and HELP!

trying to make sense of everything. want to bypass compluter because it seems to be the right thing to do, my jeep runs rich and its a pain to work on carb because of all the wires, also a little sentimental due to computer firing issues I think. Any info on how to make things better would be Fantastic!
