88 yj dana 30 ARB in a 80 cj dana 30

Hello,

Could not confirm the answer so i put it out to everyone here.

I have a line on a YJ Dana 30 for a few hundred $, it has 456's, ARB, 5.5 hub convert, Drop arm. I only want the ARB out of it and I was going to part the rest.

Will the ARB carrier (High pinion) fit in a regular Dana 30 ?
Can not reach ARB on the phone, keep getting a voice mail for tech.

that surprises me..Seems that nothing else is interchangeable between the 2 chunks

The carrier is the only thing interchangeable between them.
