The overtime money burned a hole in my pocket. Now I can get to work building...

That looks like a sweet start to something good!

The first part I build will be a rear crossmember to replace the rotted factory piece. Then the Blue Torch Fab piece gets welded on the back for the XJ springs.

The second thing I build will be a Transmission crossmember.

The third will be a belly up skid plate frame. Once I get that sized I'll buy the plate.

I have enough to do rock sliders and shock mounts too.

Let the fun begain :chug:

I just ordered another bunch more parts. I'm going to give the MORE frame reinforcement plates a try. I also bought some other misc parts for building mounts for a custom Transmission crossmember, skid plate, and traction bar. I also ordered a bunch of stuff for the 401 to get it all buttoned up and ready for the TBI.

sweet i love doing fab projects that looks fun :chug:

One thing that stinks about instant tracking of your UPS shipments is that you know when they arrived in town late yesterday but won't be delivered until Monday.

It's such a nice weekend to be working on the Jeep. Why didn't I order the parts sooner in the week?
