Hi. Apparently my doors are not Jeep but some form of after market option. Does anyone recognise them please?

I need a lock and handle for one side but may need to buy complete new doors both sides.

Closer examination of the lock seems to suggest it’s ACME. I saw one post here on Acme doors but no replies. Who would sell them please?

CheersN.

Wondering if that’s some type of export door.

Acme was available [n soft or hard top and doors and is what you have. finding them as an Acme product, in a word, impossible. Check into the Eberhard 206. If that doesn't work, you may be looking at replacing both doors, paddle handles, strikers, and or soft top.

I have a pair of those doors, but mine came with the optional lower windows, SO NICE. Those strikers, though, not so much.

When I got mine, both latches were broken, and they didn't come with the striker pins that bolted to the body. I took them off and replaced them with garage door drawbar latches, but I had to take them off because I could not train my girlfriends to NOT SLAM THE DOOR, it doesn't work like that! After bending the drawbars back umpteen bazillion times, I got fed up.

One quick call to Bestop, and I ordered a pair of their paddle handle latches for their soft doors. Lining them up with the factory striker pins (which I already had from the original hard doors that rotted... thanks, Ill Annoy salt) was a nightmare, but I got it done. Cutting those humongous holes was probably the worst thing I've ever done. In hindsight, had I bollocksed it up, I could have always fiberglassed the hole shut and started over, but as it turned out I didn't need to. I did have to adjust the pins to match because I wasn't spot-on, but close enough.
