AMC 304 engine color?

Hi,

I'm looking to paint my AMC 304 motor, but am struggling to find the right color. I thought I had it with the POR 15, or a Seymour Hitech in AMC blue/green, but I believe those are the metallic color normally found on the 360 motor.

Does anyone know the correct color and where i might get it?

Eastwood restoration sells it, a bit pricey though.

I bought mine in spray can form from Bulltear it’s a beautiful color for sure

I found some from POR15. They call it AMC blue/green. I had thought it was metallic but I contacted their support and was told it was matt.

I ordered it and it's a good match. I compared to areas that have been under dirt for years so are hopefully a more accurate representation of the factory color.

I did mine in a brite blue, since I couldn't find the stock color when redoing valve cover gaskets and oil pan gaskets, it looks good
