Another reason I hate new jeeps

Another reason I hate new jeeps
the fact they even have that option makes me not want one, but you still can't deny that the 4wd models are still capable and will eventually be seen on the trails right along with tjs, yjs, and cjs. i tell you though i can't blame folks that are making payments on a $25k-$35k vehicle for not taking them out in the woods and beatin the poopie out of em, i wouldn't, although i would after it had some miles, and age on it, and after the title was firmly in my hand. thats the beauty of it though, all of these old people (no offense) soccer moms, and wannabe mall crawler a holes, are buying expensive lifts, nice wheels, and other offroad goodies, then wind up trading them in, then people like us get ahold of em and abuse em like they are supposed to be. This exact same thing happened when the tj came out, and look at how easy it is find a nice jeep with great parts for cheap.

"all of these old people (no offense) soccer moms, and wannabe mall crawler a holes"
I thought this was a family show? :D

They said the same thing about square headlights and coil springs.

Those Jeeps seem to be doing very well and I believe this new generation will too.

Change isn't always bad.

It is when the :dung: is made in china!

Yep, "jeep JK strong enough for a man, but made for a woman".

lmao  theres one running around here with 44" tires, exocage, and arb airlockers its sweet but not my cup of tea. he is afraid to offraod it much. mallcrawler sums it up.

Jeep Just Kidding is what i like to call em, china is really known for how crappy their stuff is my dad has some wreches from china and i was taking a tie rod of an 18 wheeler for a trac bar on a ford and i didnt have the right size wrench, it was probably metric but the wrench was so close of a fit that i took the hammer that i had and just tapped the wrench on the nut, and the open end of the wrench spread out enough to fit but other than that the new jk's are a joke anything pre 1986 is a for real deal jeep but the yj's kinda degraded the name a little, but the tj's just blew the whole thing out of the water, there is absolutely nothing jeep like about a tj, i still would like to extremly modify a tj just so that i wouldnt be a tj anymore, but thats another story, now the jk's are just chrysler minivans with a Transfer Case and a stretched out jeep body

Here's one of my favorite web pix. of a real jeep.

Ha the only thing that jeep has going for it is the Budweiser Select sticker on the door :D

What gets me is it took real $ to come up with that thing, what a waste.:wtf: :dung:

Personally I am grateful for the changes that they have made, without those changes I wouldn’t be part of such an elite group of Jeep enthusiast. If I didn’t want something I could brag about and be proud of I would have bought one of those new deals. I have a feeling in the long run it would have been a lot cheaper, but then I would have just another thing that said “4x4” on the paint.
