You will need to find out if your city/ county will let you put a permanent structure up or not and how big you can build and then go from there. I can't have a permanent structure so my shed has to sit on concrete blocks above ground

I have two sheds currently, a small one and a big one. I was thinking I could either modify my big one to work or build a new one.
Only thing I have found so far is 200 square feet and bigger require a permit to build.
my concrete floor shed was here when I moved in years ago. 14 X 20 with T 111 but I covered with Hardy plank which is great stuff. Maybe I needed a permit also but I didn't ask when I built a compressor shed out of hardy board also on 4 X 8 concrete slab. Guess it was kinda don't ask don't tell
