Electrical Anyone every repair their Temp and Fuel Gauge
My temp gauge does not work, worked when parked though hahah... I've put a new temp sending unit in and no luck. So I've taken the cluster apart. I can see the wire that makes the needle move is not on the positive or negative post. I am wondering if anyone has ever repaired their gauges or just did you just replace them. I found replacement on Amazon for 50 bucks for the pair. My delima is, I have done a white overlay on them and would have to buy the 25 dollar pack again just to redo these gauges. I think I can solder them back to the connection points and they should work again. Any thoughts on this?
