Anyone located in Phoenix/Scottsdale?

Is there anyone in the Phoneix/Scottsdale area to look at a potential jeep purchase with me. New to this and know nothing about them. Here is some information, what do you think it is worth? Thanks
1984 CJ7 . My daily driver. Runs amazing and is complete. The individual responsible for the rebuild, built it for his oldest DAUGHTER. Just image the time, precision, precautions, and structural integrity that went into this thing. It drives and feels like a tank.
All original parts.
-- AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l ci. AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l inline 6 : Engine rebuilt (2011) w/ less than 1k miles
-- Double barrel carb
-- T-5 Transmission
-- AMC20 rear differential
-- Dana 30 front differential
-- Dana 300 Transfer Case
-- Hard top
Engine was rebuilt due to a ticking from the lifters. I hated that ticking, therefore while the top end was being rebuilt I had them replace most of the bottom end. The original parts would have ran well in excess of 50k more miles. This was not a rebuild due to thrown rod, cracked head, etc... This Jeep runs amazing and starts whether it's cold, hot, wet, whatever.
Spring over lift w/ original springs
Front Smittybilt bumper
BFG 35x12.50x15 mud terrains
Full 6 point roll cage
2 PIAA 55w fog lights
2 window mounted spot lights
Original side steps
Many extra parts go with the Jeep: wiring harnesses, original rear swing out tire carrier, sway bars, among other miscellaneous pieces
Good paint
Also available is an unistalled custom made rear swing out tire carrier / bumper. Additional $500 - Cost $900
-- Solid steel, custom welding, plasma drilled holes
-- Black powder coat
-- 2 Jerry can rigs
-- Hi-lift jack carrier
-- Frame tie-in kit
-- CB mount
-- Brand new, still has foam wrap
I have the original swing out tire carrier, but took it off in order to put the custom tire carrier+bumper. I also have the rear seat, but it's currently taken out. The spots under the Jeep are water from the car wash.
Issues:
-- small leak from rear main seal (faulty seal that isn't set right)
-- Steering gear leak
-- Driver needs new seat belt
-- RPM gauge isn't working
