Here is a way to get the pedal to where you can fine tune it without test driving everytime. This method will take a few times but it will go quick once you understand what you are doing.
Jack up the front use jack stands so tires turn freely. Remove MC and draw a line across the ball end of the threaded rod,
Screw rod out and remount MC spin tires, keep repeating this untill the you hear the brakes scrub and the wheel will not turn as freely, this is your starting point ,
remove MC and turn the threaded rod back a quarter remount MC and test for brake scrub and how the tire turns freely.
Keep repeating this untill you get very little brake scrub and tires turns freely.
Now check pedal play should have about 1 1/2 to 2 inches before you feel resistance
Now test drive
This worked great for me:D since no one could tell me how to adjust it.
