My wife's CJ5 does not have any brake plugs in the 4 drum brakes. It should have them correct? My 1980 does have brake plugs in the back.

Do you mean the rubber plugs where you insert the brake adjuster? :confused:
No big deal if that's what you are talk'n about.......

Yes the rubber plugs. I didn't know if they were needed or not. Seems like a lot of mud would get in drum.
 
You could always go to NAPA and maybe order them.
I remove'em permanently, to let the water drain faster after a water crossing.
