I have seen several people on here talk about how Omix/ADA are trash for parts although so far I have had no problem with the few parts from them I have ordered. That begs the question to me then about what the consensus is on Rugged Ridge parts since they are a subsidiary of Omix.
Specifically, I am looking at changing out my leaf springs to get less lift and a softer ride. I currently have 4 inches of lift and almost no play in the suspension on bumps which makes for a pretty jarring ride. I just had my second cervical spine surgery and am pretty sure that banging around on bumps can't be good for my neck. Since my CJ is my daily driver I want good parts that give me good ride and will last a while.

old man emu I have heard nothing but good things about their springs

Omix Ada is a :dung: shoot some of their stuff is fine some of it is not, I have their heater cables and the labels feel off and the knobs started. Turning to :dung: after that

Old Man Emu ! Only 2 1/2" of lift and they offer soft to heavy spring rates.

Crown is another brand to watch out for, both sell parts made in China. I have bought from both an it's definitely a :dung: shoot on quality. I find using Rockauto is a good choice if you want a selection of manufacturers to choose from on most parts, sometimes however Crown and/or Omix are the only choice.
For lifts there is a good selection of manufacturers to choose from.
