Bumper Porn!

BESRK (groundpounderfab) built me a beautiful rear bumper/tire carrier that I managed to get painted and installed over the weekend. Good excuse to paint the front bumper, too.








If you're looking for a great bumper at a reasonable price (compared to the name brands), I highly recommend reaching out to him. He was even able to work with me on the mounting brackets, as the PO had removed the factory rear crossmember.

Sorry. Haven't checked in in a while. Yes I do.







I ended up drilling holes through it so I could paint the inside.






And I sealed the bottom edges.





Then painted the whole thing.





I'll get rubber plugs to fill the holes in it so it will be relatively water tight. Yet I can pop out a plug once in a while to inspect for rust and treat if required.




The whole thing looks like this now.
