Is it possible to adjust the camber on a CJ5 ? If so, what is the best method? I recently changed/replaced the suspension and now my camber is way off.
camber can be adjusted slightly with special inserts that go into your knuckles but more then likely you did not affect it with the new suspension. Caster on the other hand is almost always changed when leaf springs are changed and longer shackles are used. To adjust your angle you have 3 options..
1 buy a set of steel degree shims
2 cut your spring mounts and turn your axle to where its correct then reweld them on
3 cut your knuckles free of the tube and turn em to the correct angle..
it would really help to know how you changed your suspension.
