Looks to be the stock carb.
The tag is long gone.
The main venturi size should be a stamped on the side of the carb, 108 if stock.

Thanks! I suspected it was from the reading I have done on this site, but I wanted another set of eyes on it before I go ahead and order a rebuild kit for it.
