Waaaaaay to much carb for that engine. I would say you should stick with the Rochester. IMO

I would keep the Rochester But it is missing parts. I was wondering about the Autolite because they are availiable in junk yards in my area cheap. Are there any other models of carbs to consider before i get a rebuilt one?

- 1980 Cj5, 350 chevy (i built myself), T176, Dana 300, stock narrow trac 3.54 axles, locked in the rear, power steering, power brakes, tilt steering, Warn lockouts, 31x10.50x15 AT's, hi lift jack mounted on the front, bed lined tub, firestick cb setup, 5 in hella lights, NO RUST!!
the bolt pattern for the rochester is different than the motorcraft and holley bolt pattern and im yet to find a adapter plate. i think im going to just make one for it

Thats a good idea. I still havent decided what to do about my carb. I don't know if its worth it to rebuild it or not
