hey guys, i have a problem with my right front chassis, it appears the po hit something cause my jeep has a slight lean, and after removing some putty and paint i can see the bend. my question is i have a 1974 chassis someone wants to sell me that is straight, my chassis is a 1973 are they the same chassis or not and if not will it not work for me? thanks
michael

Frames can be straightened by a good body shop, btw. It can be done completely assembled also.

Well worth it for the work to take a stripped frame to a chassis shop. The most I ever paid for a bare frame to be racked, measured and a slight pull was $125.00
They were happy to work with a bare frame.

:)Same Chassis...........motor mounts could be different depending on V8 versus straight 6. Before you buy or change make sure you X in the donor and see how straight it is..............minor bends or alignment issues can be fixed normally without to much work.........just depends on if the tweak is in the suspension or just in an area of cosmetics.
