Misc. CJ7 Dash Pad Treating Conditioning

Looking to treat the dash pad on a CJ7 to keep it supple and reduce the chance of drying and cracking. What are some of the best products and approaches that people have found to do this?

Most people don't realize that about the best products for protecting vinyl on any vehicle is actually for boats. They have the harshest conditions imaginable.
I like and use 303 vinyl.
