1984 CJ7 Dana 44's , Nissan Sd33t diesel, T19 with Dana 300 transfer case (Drivetrain is from a 1980 Scout II.)
I'm struggling with my Mac here. I hope this post works.

I discovered, after dropping the fuel tank to check my fuel sender, which was fine but my voltage regulator for the fuel/temp gauge was not, that my frame rot that looked harmless from the wheel well, was actually a bit more advanced.

The hopefully attached images depict my efforts at removing the rust before I send it off to have the patch welded in.

Right , the sleeve fits over. I did some more grinding, cut off the muffler hanger . Now it's off to find a guy to weld for me.
