I picked up the Rugged Ridge 12920.21 fitted floor liners in 2017 and have been very, very happy with the fit and how well they have held up. You do need to cut the hole for the floor mounted bright light button. $99

I too have the Rugged Ridge mats and am very happy with them. I don't have carpet, but have Herculiner instead. These rubber mats are still great for catching spills or insulating bare feet from the textured floor.

Yes, I have Raptor interior bed liner as well. The thickness of the bed liner does not affect the fit of the mats. I guess it would depend on the thickness of your carpet kit.
