1979 Jeep CJ7; 258ci straight 6, T-150 3 Speed, Dana 20 Xfer Caser, (not sure of diffs, the guy I bought it from said "solid axle").
I don't think the previous owner did this correctly...

Is this standard? TITLE SHOULD BE "DGAV"

Also, if you look just below the air filter , you can see a yellow spring. That spring connects to a random spot on the power steering bracket and connects to the lower hinge. The spring looks like it came off of a vacuum cleaner and is about 1 foot long.
