Actually empty garage is more like it. Vicki said try Craigslist one more time for the Laredo and this time I found the right buyer. He came by and bought both Jeeps for my asking price right off. A nice pleasant transaction.

So the garage will be empty early this week and I'll work on cleaning it up while I have the opportunity. The hunt for a new Jeep(s) is on. There are 3 on my radar. I can't find a $5000 Scrambler so I'll probably end up with 2 of the 3 Cj-7s I'm looking at. I'll post them here once everything is finalized.

Easy to get 'lost' in a empty garage.

Have to say mine didn't stay empty for long. Way too many tools, let alone getting the Jeep in there.

I'm guessing that was when you did the floor?

Yes. Well worth the expense. Oil just wipes up completely with a piece of paper towel. :) You can mop it to get it clean. :D Just won't take heat from grinding and cutting metal. :o The kit I bought for this size was about $600. It is a true 2 part epoxy. When you mix it the liquid gets thick and it heats up. I left a little in a plastic bucket, and it started melting the bucket. Easy to lay down, but just like cars prep work is important. Mine was easy since we bought a new house. Some before and after pictures:

Ok looks like we have a deal on Jeep #1. This is going to be my daily driver / nice weather Jeep. No build thread just cosmetic updates in the "What did you do with your Cj" thread.

Some Laredo wheels and 31 inch BFG's will make her look a little better. After we get this one all squared away I'll start working on grabbing a wheeler. This one Vicki and I are going to share. She wanted this one pretty bad. She was the one who worked out the deal.

Nice looking Jeep!!! You and Vicki did good, enjoy 🖒🖒
