coolant spraying inside on the right side

The boxes are a black plastic. I used a bumper repair kit and jb weld to repair my spare box. having it out is a excellent time to replace the foam used for sealing the doors as well as a quick paint. The napa paint looked exactly like the black plastic box (as it was new).

Quick update. Re-built the heater box. Had to fab some brackets for the fan to mount to. Replaced all coolant hoses and radiator. The heater core itself tested good at two different radiator shops, so i put it back in and everything have been fine.
