dana 44 disc brakes

I am doing it now. 1998 Suzuki Sidekick rotors 22mm thick and 1987 Nissan 300ZX calipers with built in ebrake. I bought the rotors from Advance Auto for $27 each and the calipers from an E-bay store for $50 each. I have to make my own caliper bracket that I plan to get water jetted after the design is finished. Also the ebrake cable needs a small bracket welded to the axle tube. The residual valve needs to be changed out to a 2lb from the existing 10lb. Otherwsie that is it.

The caliper bracket is what I'm wantin to know about

I am just going to attach the caliper to the rotor and then create a caliper bracket out of cardboard. Once I get that then I plan to transfer the design to a CAD drawing and have a local metal shop water jet them. I am not quite at that stage of the rear end build because I am still setting up the gears but I should be there in about a week. If I get a design I am happy with I may have the metal shop cut out a few extra sets so I can sell them. I will let you know if you are interested in a pair.
