door opening panel

Hello all,

i have an 85 CJ7 the previous owner installed new side body panels (door openings included). It seems to me that the side of the tub by the door striker latch is flimsy/ wobbly. Shouldn't this be solid sturdy feeling? Maybe there is a support missing?

It may be. That area has a brace that is spot welded in. I'll grab a pic and post it later so you can compare it. Around 4 pm unless someone else does before that

Nevermind the rust. Heres the bottom and front view where the seat belt mounts.
