Question for the group. I replaced the stock exhaust manifold with a header. Still using stock intake manifold. As I'm mounting a new EGR valve I'm wonder what to do about the exhaust side of the EGR valve?

Am I supposed to pull in fresh air?

Plug off the exhaust sensor on the EGR Valve?

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I would say most guys would just plug it off. You do not want to pull in fresh air as it would burn the valves.
