Exterior Door Trim

What were the trim panels on the outside of the full doors called that went under the window and back toward the door handles? My 1980 Laredo had them and my 84 Renegade does not. Where can I find them? I think they just stick on like the black plastic overlay for the dash and gauges. Thanks for any info.

They're called a door applique, the only place that I know of that sells them is Collins Bros

Those are cool, but it doesn't look like they apply to my '79... do you suppose they come as a solid and you trim around the door handles?? Then they would work.
