All:

I have a 1963 CJ5 Jeep that is experiencing some engine trouble. If I increase the throttle the engine dies.

At first I thought it was the fuel pump, then incomplete combustion/electrical issues, and finally just a faulty carburetor.

I replaced the points, condenser, spark plugs, carburetor, and cleaned the oil bath air filter.

Any and all help is appreciated. Here is a video of the issue:

The engine dies if I increase the throttle.

When was the last time the carb was rebuilt. Could be a warn accelerator pump. I would also confirm the float setting.
I would be looking for vacuum leaks.
Check the ign timing with a timing light to confirm correct setting.

If you open the throttle very slowly, will the engine speed up and stay running? If it does, I would agree with a faulty accelerator pump.
It does kind of sound like it is starving for fuel. Can you see fuel squirting down the carburetor throat when you operate the accelerator when the engine is not running?

You have replaced a lot of parts, but not changed anything it appears.
The engine appears/sounds to have a miss, maybe more than one.
What's the history or the story of what, when, and where the engine problem first started ?
You may need to go back to basics: compression test, valve adjust, timing check, firing order check. etc etc.
