.......And the windshield angle/gap being right, meaning by moving the door so it matches as best as can be done or does the window need adjustment some how?
Can't see that but you never know.

Think of it as a puzzle... with the doors hanging on the body, and the gap between the door and tub as even as possible, the hard top may need to be adjusted forward or backward to minimize the gap between the door and hard top. The windshield angle can also be adjusted to adjust fit. Between the door, top, and windshield, it may take several beers to get the combo right. But start with getting the door / tub gap right first.
