Fuel Injection linkage

i'm adding fuel injection to the AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l and was wandering from those that have done this, what did you do for throttle linkage connections? I have the GM TBI and the stock intake manifold with the stock jeep throttle cable bracket, but its not close to working....

I do not have a camera handy, but can say that with the oem linkage, the rod to the t.b.i. will be in a vertical position to it. You will have to connect a linkage mounting ball to the t.b.i. shaft hole.
