I am doing a frame off rebuild my 86 CJ7 . It has a 4.0L from a Cherokee. I have put an electric pump in the fuel tank and an external adjustable regulator.
I am going to put all new fuel lines in it. I am looking for recommendations on where to get the steel lines, fitting types (AN vs Hose Clamps) ect. I plan on making all my own bends. Hints, Tips, Suggestions...all appreciated.

Hmm you will be running 50 plus psi I think adding AN fittings or some kind of threaded connector to your fuel line is better than using hose clamps and high pressure rubber hose

I will eventually be putting fuel injection on mine but have not really thought about the hose connections yet let us know what you come up with

The PSI is 49. I have been running it for a few years with hose clamps and high pressure fuel line but I just want to reassemble it more "professionally".

AN and standard flare fittings are 2 different mating angles, and do not interchange.
