Found this idea somewhere.
It is a painted aluminum window screen frame with black screen. Slips between the grill and radiator. A clip is installed on top of the grill to hold it down and into place. I suppose a rubber strip on the bottom would keep it from rattling and afford some pressure against the hold-down clip.
Undo the clip, slide it out, hit it with the water hose, and back in clean.
