30ish sounds balmy to me right now. I've got -17 with a -42 wind chill here in lower Michigan! Doubt my Jeep would start even if I wanted to take it for a ride.

My boys love the Jeep in winter. Little do they know I have more fun than they do! Afraid we may have too much snow to pull this off right now though.

- Right now, only one '76 CJ5. 304 with a three speed stick. Everything else is pretty much stock 'cept for a 4" suspension lift. Came to me with a back breakin' 4" suspension lift attached to a reverse shackle setup (Reversed the reverse shackle :dung: and now she rides like a Caddy!) Also posess a few 60s & 70s Mustangs and a couple of late 70's F150s 4X4s.
Yep, a soaring 5* in Franklin this morning. The wind really made it cut, though. Just got back from the hardware store. Ran out of 1/2" pipe caps. Got through the cold snap with only one cold water pipe bursting so far. 26 mile round trip to get a 49 cent cap that I thought I already had. Five minutes later and we're flushing again!

It was 20 degrees this morning and it got to 32 when I got off. tomorrow suppose to get to 50. Back in the 70's this weekend. Whew!

Geez…. Man up, throw on some extra duds, hop in the jeep and go. You live in Florida for crying out loud; it can’t be that cold for that long. I live in place where it’s cold and rains most of the time albeit usually above freezing. If lucky we might get a couple of months of nice weather in the summer then its back to the cold and rain.

My first impulse is to ragg in you about being a whimp, but with the temps being in the dangerous range in most of the country cold is cold.
During bow season here in Arizona, December thru January, I have run many many miles running with a bikini top and doors in predawn temps well below freezing. Of course the daytime temps would jump up into the 70's by 9 am. Still, those pre dawn drives always made me feel like more of a man than I really was.

I can handle the cold in the morning, knowing I can drive home in warm in the afternoon

- 1979 Jeep CJ7 TH400 Automatic 258 I6 Quadratrac Amc 20 rear & Dana 30 front, 32 x 11.5 x 15 tires. Currently a Complete Custom Rebuild in progress.
Also I own a 2001 Jeep Cherokee, White, all stock with 4.0L. automatic, and police package. Best part of that is it came with leather seats! This package also has the NP242 Transfer Case, 8.25 rear end, and trailer towing package.
I remember some of those good days, pulking the kids on a sled through the corn fields behind the jeep. Who needs hills when you got a Jeep!
