I work for a government contractor that modifies shipping containers. I have two sheets that I had to cut out for doors of this "corragated material" about 32" by 81". I can't help but think this stuff would make a good bumper, rocker panel, etc. The material is about .050 thick and sandblasted!

I cut a chunk out today, It's about 19" by 36" 1/8th thick. That will come in handy
