So, I made a trip to St. Augustine to get some more hot sauce and found this! Talk about hot and yum. It is a ghost pepper rub or my next brisket. Not to much but just enough.

There are times wherein I crave spicy food but I'm really not good at spice.

I used to love hot and spicy food but my cast iron stomach finally rusted out and I needed to cut back a little. I still love the flavor but my stomach doesn't.
